A dedicated workforce oversees the meticulous loading of shipping containers for the shipment of 358 security fence systems. This is the commencement of a significant, multi-day international shipment, marking a powerful year-end statement for the company.

The operation, running from December 31, 2025, to January 2, 2026, involves thirteen 40HQ containers, fulfilling a large order secured by Sales Manager Zoe and demonstrating the company's ability to execute complex global projects.

At the heart of the shipment are 7,018 complete 358 Security Fence sets. Known as "anti-climb" fencing, the 3-inch (76.2 mm) horizontal by 0.5-inch (12.7 mm) vertical mesh is the gold standard for high-security applications worldwide, from critical infrastructure and correctional facilities to data centers and utility plants.

While the 358 specification is widely recognized, Giant Fence takes it further with its proprietary panel bending process. Unlike standard flat-welded panels, key structural points are post-welding bent to create strategic folds along the frame and mesh.

"This controlled bending significantly increases the panel's resistance to bending and torsion," says Giant Fence's Chief Production Engineer. "The result is a panel that is stronger, impact-resistant, and maintains integrity under extreme stress, turning a static barrier into a dynamically reinforced shield."

The order goes beyond core fencing panels, reflecting Giant Fence's holistic perimeter security approach. Each system includes complementary components to form a complete barrier:

• Double Arm Brackets – Heavy-duty cantilevered arms securely mount panels to support posts, providing necessary overhang for topping systems. Made from high-grade steel for rigid attachment.
• Razor Wire (Concertina) – Coiled along the fence, providing a strong psychological and physical deterrent. Available in coil and flat-wrap with sharp, corrosion-resistant blades.
• Double Gate Systems – Heavy-duty gates built to the same standards as the panels, with reinforced frames, multi-point locks, and strong hinges to ensure secure access points.

Managing the shipment of over 7,000 fencing sets – including panels, posts, arms, and wire coils – is a monumental task. Giant Fence’s logistics team planned weeks in advance.

"A shipment of this size requires military-grade precision," says the Head of Logistics. "Components are loaded in a precise sequence to maximize container space and ensure safe transit. The three-day schedule balances container timings and port cut-offs, aiming for zero damage and on-time delivery."
