Project Background
A leading Australian wholesale distributor placed a bulk order for 800 complete steel tubular fencing systems with matching single gates for a high-traffic industrial zone. The end client, a large logistics and manufacturing facility, required a durable perimeter security solution able to withstand frequent operation, accidental forklift and truck impacts, and Australia’s harsh coastal-adjacent climate.
The distributor needed a turnkey fencing solution with strong structural performance, accurate dimensions, corrosion resistance, and efficient logistics. For this industrial project, the fencing also had to meet safety requirements while maintaining a professional, consistent site appearance.

- Dimensional Accuracy: Measured panel size 1.83 m × 2.44 m, enforced 125 mm picket spacing with digital gauges, and checked 3.0 m post length for proper embedment.
- Coating Inspection: Tested powder coating thickness, adhesion, and confirmed RAL 9005 black color under standard lighting.
- Accessory & Pre-shipment Audit: Tested four clips per post and gate plugs for fit and alignment; random mock-up assembly verified panel, post, and gate compatibility with smooth gate operation.
