A Canadian wholesaler who had previously cooperated with Giant Fence on trial orders placed a repeat order for 4,000 sets of Canada temporary fence panels.

Unlike standard Canadian temporary fence panels, this project required a special design combining two horizontal mesh bendings with a round tube frame. This structure is rarely seen in the local market and was developed to provide stronger panel rigidity, better site safety, and easier branding for rental yards, construction sites, and event organizers.

Based on the successful performance of the first order, the customer trusted our production capability and decided to scale up to a larger reorder.

• Panel Size: 1324 × 1930 mm
• Wire Diameter: 4 mm
• Mesh Opening: 50 × 124 mm welded mesh
• Mesh Design: Two horizontal bendings for added strength and anti-climb performance
• Frame: 32 × 1.5 mm round tube
• Logo Plate: Galvanized steel plate pre-welded on the top left corner
• Base: Custom U-shaped feet for stable ground installation
• Surface Treatment: Hot-dip galvanized for full corrosion protection

To meet Canadian market requirements, we carried out strict quality control throughout production:

• Raw Material Inspection: Checked wire and tube dimensions, galvanized coating thickness, and tensile strength before production.
• In-process Checks: Inspected mesh welding, bending position and angle, frame straightness, and corner welding.
• Dimensional Inspection: Checked panel size tolerance of 1324 × 1930 mm ±2 mm and U-foot alignment.
• Logo Plate Inspection: Verified plate position, weld quality, and flatness.
• Loading Inspection: Packed panels in bundles with protective strips to prevent scratches during sea freight.

All inspection records were shared with the customer before shipment.
