A German wholesale distributor ordered 1,800 sets of double wire fences with rectangular posts and flat bars for residential garden projects across Germany.
The system required strong 8 / 6 / 8 wire construction, a modern RAL 7016 grey finish, and buried posts for long-term stability and a clean appearance without visible base plates.

QUALITY CONTROL
Strict inspection was carried out throughout production to ensure consistent quality and installation compatibility.
- Raw Material Check: Verified 8 / 6 / 8 mm wire, 55 × 200 mm mesh, 40 × 60 × 2.0 mm posts and 30 × 4.0 mm flat bars.
- Weld Testing: Checked all wire intersections and conducted random weld-strength tests.
- Dimensional Inspection: Panel size, mesh spacing, post length and flat bar height were checked by batch.
- Assembly Check: Random complete sets were assembled to verify panel, post and flat-bar compatibility.
- Packaging Inspection: All sets were packed on steel pallets with protective wrapping and edge protection for ocean transport.
