Hengshui Foreign Trade Department Celebrates Overachievement at Summer PK

In a spirited celebration of their outstanding performance in the "Breaking Waves Summer Travel Battle" PK campaign, the Hengshui Foreign Trade Department recently embarked on a team-building retreat at the serene Forest Camp. The event, designed to reward employees for exceeding their targets and to strengthen departmental cohesion, featured a day of barbecuing, singing, games, and outdoor activities.

Rewarding Excellence Through Incentives

As part of the company's incentive strategy, teams that surpassed their goals in the campaign were granted bonus funds for group travel experiences. The Hengshui department, having significantly exceeded expectations, seized the opportunity to unwind and connect in a natural setting far from the office.

During the day's activities, team members worked together to prepare a barbecue dinner, enjoyed singing and laughter, and engaged in various interactive games. These activities were carefully curated to foster trust, improve communication, and strengthen camaraderie among colleagues.
