Giant Fence was pleased to host a distinguished client delegation from Zimbabwe for an on-site factory visit, marking an important step in our continued expansion in the African high-security perimeter fencing market. The visit concluded with the successful confirmation of an order for 4,000 sets of 358 security fence, including matching posts, clips, and barbed wire toppings.
The visit began the evening before, when a Giant Fence representative personally welcomed the client at the airport. From the first pickup to the final farewell, our team provided attentive support to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.

The next morning, the client visited our manufacturing facility and sample room to gain a closer understanding of our 358 security fence production process. During the tour, the client inspected key product details such as material thickness, welding quality, coating options, accessory configurations, and anti-corrosion performance.
The sample room also allowed the client to compare different finishing solutions and installation accessories, providing a clearer basis for project customization.

After the factory tour, our team held a detailed technical meeting with the client. The discussion focused on practical project requirements, including panel dimensions, tolerance control, fittings compatibility, packaging for long-distance sea freight, delivery schedule, and phased shipment options.
To better meet the installation conditions in Zimbabwe, our engineering team provided updated CAD drawings and revised specifications on site. Adjustments were made to the clamping system and post spacing according to the client’s terrain and project needs. Each concern was addressed with technical data, product samples, and clear demonstrations.

After reviewing the solutions, the client confirmed the order for 4,000 sets of 358 security fence panels with the required accessories. Shortly after the confirmation, the advance payment proof was shared, reflecting the client’s trust in Giant Fence's manufacturing capability, service efficiency, and product quality.
Following the successful order confirmation, Giant Fence invited the client to a traditional Chinese lunch. In a relaxed atmosphere, both sides exchanged views on the Zimbabwean security market, future cooperation opportunities, and Giant Fence’s long-term development vision.
Before departure, the client returned to the factory for a final packaging sample check and received all updated project documents.
