An Israeli construction wholesale distributor ordered 3,500 sets of edge protection fences for multiple high-rise projects across Israel. The end clients include leading contractors involved in residential towers, commercial buildings, and infrastructure developments.
The distributor required a durable, high-visibility, and structurally strong fencing system suitable for demanding construction sites. The full order was shipped in one batch to support multiple projects, with two panel styles designed for different site layouts and installation needs.

Quality Control
Strict quality inspections were conducted throughout production to meet Israeli construction safety requirements and international edge protection standards.

- Double Horizontal Wire Inspection: Positioning, welding, and integrity were checked through random pull tests:

- Weld Integrity Test: Random samples underwent shear testing, with weld points checked for penetration and consistency.
- Dimensional Accuracy:
- Style One: 1.50 × 2.00 m panels; 114.92 mm spacing checked with digital callipers
- Style Two: 1.025 × 2.50 m panels; 110.78 mm spacing checked with digital callipers
- Toe Board Inspection: Verified continuous welding and secure attachment of 150 mm × 1.5 mm galvanised steel plates.
- Coating Inspection: Cross-hatch adhesion tested; RAL 2011 Deep Orange colour verified under natural and artificial lighting.
- Pre-shipment Audit: Steel-framed pallets and protective wrapping checked to prevent damage during ocean freight.
