On November 4, Giant Fence held the "King" Autumn Campaign Summary Meeting and officially launched the Winter "Order Hunting" Sales Challenge. The event aimed to review seasonal achievements, recognize outstanding performers, and set clear goals for the upcoming sales period.
The meeting opened with a mentorship ceremony for new employees. Senior sales representative Arthur was appointed as a mentor to support new team members in developing their skills and adapting quickly, reflecting the company’s continued focus on talent growth and team development.
During the review session, the company highlighted the progress and accomplishments achieved during the autumn campaign. To recognize exceptional performance, Amy and Zoe were awarded certificates and trophies, while other dedicated sales representatives also received gifts and rewards.

Following the awards, the Winter “Order Hunting” Campaign was officially launched. The competition rules and reward system were introduced, and PK groups were formed to encourage motivation, teamwork, and healthy competition among staff.
General Manager Michael delivered a closing speech, expressing appreciation for the team’s hard work and encouraging everyone to carry forward their determination and collaborative spirit. He emphasized that teamwork, innovation, and persistence will remain key to achieving future success.
