Temporary Fence Quality Inspection for Stable Welding and Durability

Today, Giant Fence is carrying out a sampling inspection of finished temporary fence products before shipment to ensure that each batch meets the required quality standards and customer specifications.

During the inspection, our quality control team randomly selects finished fence panels and checks key specifications, including overall dimensions, wire diameter, mesh size, frame condition, welding quality, and surface finish. This process helps identify potential production deviations and ensures consistent quality across the entire batch.

Special attention is given to the welding points and structural stability. Inspectors check that the welds are firm, uniform, and free from obvious defects. Since Temporary Fence is frequently installed, relocated, and removed, reliable welding and a stable structure are essential for repeated use and efficient installation.

The surface treatment and overall appearance are also carefully inspected. A uniform, well-finished surface improves both the appearance and durability of the fencing, especially for outdoor applications.

Temporary Fence is widely used for construction sites, road works, public events, outdoor activities, temporary security, and site separation. Its portable structure makes installation, relocation, and removal quick and efficient, providing flexible perimeter protection for a wide range of projects.

At Giant Fence, quality control runs through every stage of production – from raw materials and welding to surface treatment, assembly, and final inspection. Today's sampling inspection is another important step in ensuring that every batch of Temporary Fence is reliable, consistent, and ready for shipment.
