PROJECT BACKGROUND
A French wholesale distributor ordered 1,200 sets of 3D welded mesh fences with square posts for a commercial park perimeter security project. The retail complex required a durable, low-maintenance fencing system to secure the site, control access, and protect assets.
Designed for a temperate European climate with rainfall, humidity, and strong winds, the fence features green RAL 6005 powder coating for corrosion resistance and landscape integration. The complete system includes panels and buried-installation posts, providing reliable security with a modern appearance.

QUALITY CONTROL
Strict quality inspections were conducted throughout production to meet commercial park fencing standards.
- Raw Material Verification: Checked wire diameter (4.5 mm), mesh opening (50 × 200 mm), post size (60 × 60 × 1.5 mm), and length (2.6 m).
- Bending & Weld Test: Verified four consistent 3D bending lines for stiffness; weld strength tested by random pull tests.
- Dimensional Inspection: Measured panel size (2.05 × 2.50 m), mesh spacing, and post length to ensure correct installation depth.
- Coating Inspection: Performed cross-hatch adhesion tests and verified RAL 6005 colour consistency under different lighting conditions.
- Pre-shipment Audit: Random sets were fully assembled to confirm panel-post compatibility, alignment, and structural stability.
- Packaging Inspection: All 1,200 sets were palletized with protective wrapping and edge guards for safe ocean transport.
